Q. How is my item sent to me ?
A. We send your item/items either by Australia Post or Couriers Please depending on the size and weight of the item/items being sent.

Q. Do you send overseas
A. All free shipping items is delivery to Australia only. We can ship overseas but additional freight charges will apply

Q. Do you send to PO Boxes ?
A. For smaller items that are sent using Australia Post, yes we can send to a PO Box. But all of the heavy items are sent by Couriers Please, if you are unsure how we will be sending your items just send us a message and we will reply with a answer for you.

Q. Can i send to a work address ?
A. Yes in fact we encourage it, especially for items sent by courier.

Q. I ordered 2 items but i have only received one in the post ?
A. Some smaller items that we send by Australia Post we often send in separate parcels. This is because if we try to put 2 items together in the same parcel and it becomes more than 20mm thick it then becomes a parcel according to Australia Post and costs a lot more to post, often 2 to 3 times more than the actual item.Normally all parcels will show up within a day or 2 of each other.

Q. My item is being sent by Couriers Please, do i have to be home to sign for the parcel ?
A. In most cases yes, however on checkout you can elect to have you parcel left at your front door should you not be home on the day of delivery.

Q. Can i track the deliver of my item ?
A. If your item is being sent by Couriers Please than yes you can track it. Once we dispatch your item you will be sent an email. The email amongst other details, will state your tracking number and where to track your parcel. Tracking can be done at www.courierplease.com.au

Q. I missed the courier and he left a card, what do i do?
A. You have 48 hours to make contact with the courier company to arrange a redeliver time or go and pick your parcel up from them at your local depot. If after 48 hours you have not made contact with them the parcel will be returned to us and will then cost you to have it re-sent.

Q. Can i return an item that i purchased as i no longer want it ?
A. Yes for sure you can, just send back the item to our warehouse within 30 days in the original packaging for a refund. If your item was free shipped or had a shipping cost attached to it, your refund however will be lees the original shipping cost to get the parcel to you.

Q. My item was broken when it arrived, what should i do ?
A. Please email a photo of your broken to info@ausds.com.au so we can then organize a replacement to be sent out for you.

Please also note some of our Free Shipping Items can't be sent to PO Boxes
